What does the tuition involve?

Over the course of the two-hour class, we will work on technique, phrasing and ornamentation. You will learn many new tunes to broaden your repertoire and with you we will work out what you would like to learn in advance.

What kind of accommodation will I be staying in?

We have en-suite bedrooms with tea/coffee making facilities.

Breakfast is provided each morning and a home-cooked evening meal is optional.

What is there to do in the area?

Our home is nestled in rural Mayo, convenient to towns which host popular Irish sessions. There are beautiful walks in the surrounding countryside. Westport is a 45 minute drive away, Ballina 30 minutes. Ireland West Airport is only 15 minutes by car and the nearest rail station 20 minutes with connections to Dublin.
